Disability, Law and Policy – About
Global health, disability, human security, law and policy
My research explores global health, disability and human security from a human rights perspective. I examine how this perspective can advance global health equity and disability rights, with a particular emphasis on resource-challenged circumpolar regions. My research looks at critical global health issues including indigenous health, disability laws and policy and human security at the individual and population level. Included in the human security stream of this program is research relating to access to justice for people with disabilities.
